Our company has focused on consumer research since its establishment, and we have gained immerse experience in every area and are constantly looking for innovative solutions. On one hand, we deal with quantitative research, which, if needed, can be representative of the Hungarian adult population or the potential target group of our partner. We also conduct quantitative surveys through face-to-face questionnaires, which is offered by fewer and fewer research companies because of its challenges, even though it provides the most reliable results, as opposed to online or telephone surveys. In addition to quantitative surveys, we also conduct qualitative research aimed at gaining a deeper understanding of a smaller cluster of consumers. The surveys are conducted under a transparent quality assurance system that meets the needs of our partners, and the results are presented in a clear, strategic manner. We carry out research from start to finish in partnership with our clients, which includes designing research methodology and research questions, the necessary printing tasks, conducting the survey, providing its location, along with recording, analyzing and presenting data. Our research answers – among other things – questions that are the cornerstones of strategy building: Who knows my brand / product? What do customers think? How much are buyers willing to pay for it? In what direction should I further refine my assortment? Through what sales channels can I reach my customers? The answers provide a clear picture of brand awareness, consumer attitudes, willingness to pay, the effectiveness of advertising, and the expected market acceptance. Our team of experts has extensive international project management experience. In the NKFIH 2020-1.1.1-KKV START tender project entitled „Consumer Research in the Food Chain”, our company aims at the methodological development of its consumer research service for companies operating in the field of FMCG by developing online data collection solutions and expanding its data analysis capacities.
Most members of our expert team are engineers. Typically, food engineers and food safety and quality engineers, who have specialized expertise in a variety of fields. We also have an agricultural engineer and a chemical engineer, a professional with academic credentials and young researchers pursuing PhD studies. In addition to engineering, we also possess expertise in legal fields, economics, social sciences and communications to offer a wide range of engineering expertise. Moreover, we are also immersed in developing advertising and brand building strategies. Our portfolio includes analysis, background materials and studies, as well as consulting. Our strength lies in examining international and domestic market processes and forecasting trends. We have access to numerous international databases and our contacts span across Europe to undertake the most sophisticated analytical work.
